Should you wish to exchange/return an item, all items MUST be returned in an unused/unworn condition to the address listed below. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item(s) are returned in a non-saleable condition or are damaged. All items for exchange or refund must be returned within 28 days of purchase. Any undergarments or protection cannot be returned.
Special offers\on sale items and personalized or bespoke items as well as under garments including, base layers, jock straps and athletic supports.
We reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value of the goods if the product or packaging is in such a condition that the product needs to be reduced in price for resale.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the item to us at the below address together with your contact details and receipt. We will endeavour to get the replacement goods out to you within 7 working days. Please note that there will be an additional delivery charge of €9 for all exchanges. All returns shipping costs are to be incurred by customers.
If you wish to return an item for a refund, please return the item to us at the below address together with your contact details and receipt. We will process your refund within 7 working days of receiving the goods. Any goods returned that were purchased online and availed of Free Shipping; the shipping charge of €9 will be deducted from the refund in case of Ireland , and €15 in case of Northern Ireland & UK.
Please note that if a product is repairable, it will be repaired and not replaced. In the vast majority of such cases, upon receipt of the item, we will forward the item(s) to the relevant manufacturer for inspection. The majority of manufacturers quote up to 28 days for repair of goods. If the item is not something that can be repaired, we will replace it free of charge, or offer a suitable alternative if this is not possible.
Cricket Bat Returns:
We only accept return of Cricket Bat within 7 days of purchase. Bat has to be unused and has to be returned in its original packaging.
Please note that any previous season or ‘special offer’ cricket bats returned will not be replaced with the current season’s model. A refund or suitable replacement will be offered instead.
Cricket Bat Breakages & Complaints
Any Cricket Bat blade problem , Bat Handle , except its edges or Bottom part of Cricket bat will not be the base for replacement within 4 weeks of purchase.
Manufacturers will replace Bats that are blatantly faulty and have failed very early in their usage – usually the first 4 weeks. Manufacturers will not replace any bat that is well used, well-worn or shows clear signs of damage having been inflicted on it. Any Bat purchased online and asked for knocking-in service does not qualify for the full refund , knocking-in service charges will be deducted out of total bill.
Proof of Purchase
Customers are advised to retain their till receipt or order confirmation and to present this to us with any complaint in order to establish the exact age of the stick. Some suppliers will request this, or other form of proof of purchase, when a stick is returned under complaint
